This stop over will be important since le Manguier crew will meet France and Eric aboard the sailing boat Vagagond , just coming back from the Spitzberg where they spent 5 years.

Le Manguier and its crew are invited by the organisation for this exceptional maritime event and will participate to the Grande Parade on sunday 24th .

Corsican professionals from the maritime field, Corsican partners, officials, friends of the project are invited aboard Le Manguier for this special Day Event.
The medias are also invited in the morning (10.30 am) for a press conference.

Three classes from Bastia (5 to 14 years old) are invited to discover the expedition project, understand its goals, visit the boat, and to discover alternative technologies respectful of the environment.

> Paris Nautical Fair, from December 5th to December 14 th
Bastia –Tokyo will be at the Nautical Fair and we invite you to meet us on the stand of EcoNav network (Hall 1, alley M, stand 102). We are welcomed by the Ministry of Ecology (MEEDDAT). That is great opportunity to present how we can transform a former tug boat of National Marine as an ecological boat! See you soon!
> Arte Mare movies festival
Arte Mare movies festival has an honour guest this year, Portugal. But also Cécile ZAWIEJA, who will expose at the Municipal Theater her « Cartons de Voyages » during all the festival, from the 22th to the 29 th of November in Bastia.
> The salon Marjolaine
The Salon Marjolaine, biological and sustainable development show, will occur from the 8th to the 18 th of november at the Parc Floral in Paris. We will be there with Judith who will be looking for partners interested in our project.
> The Manguier at Dijon, at the International Festival of Adventure Movie
From October 16th to 19th 2008, we will be in Dijon, at the International Festival of Adventure Movie (http://aventure.la-guilde.org/spip.php?article80) accompanied by France and Eric, crew of the Vagabond. This year, the president of the jury is the Russian navigator, Nikolaï Litau, captain of Apostol Andrey, a 55 feet-boat in steel with which he succeeded between 1996 and 1999 a circumnavigation, including the Northeast Passage! Another reason to be there and to present the project!!!
